Patients can be referred to the Chiltern Hills Heart Clinic using one of the following routes:

Is a referral letter necessary?

Dr Punit Ramrakha is happy to see patients without a referral letter, however, it is preferable to obtain a referral if at all possible.

All patients with medical health insurance will need to be referred by their GP in order to obtain authorisation for their treatment.  We also recommend that patients contact their insurance company for pre-authorisation before attending any subsequent follow up consultations or treatments.
